Ok, last year was a transitional year for us here at FG, and at the TAS, I was under the impression that Max was handling the Boat Race, and he was under the impression that I was.
So at the end of the day, it never happened.

BUT, this year, there is no confusion... I GOT THIS, and IT IS 100% ON. Team TROTW better start running, cause they are going DOWN!!!

So here is the bottom line, if you are going to be at the 2009 Tucson Aerobatic Shootout, and you can pound brews, we need you!!!

OPEN AUDITIONS for the 2009 TEAM USA BOAT RACE TEAM!!!

I will be the Team Manager, since a chugging accident in college prohibits me from actually competing...

Here are the requirements to audition for Team USA.

1) You will be at the 2009 TAS on at least Sat and Sunday.
2) You are 21 years old with proper ID.
3) You can pound a brew in 4 seconds. (or close to that)

Please make a video of yourself pounding a brew. (make sure it's an AMERICAN BREW.) Post the video to this thread. The fastest six guys who can say without a shadow of a doubt that they will be at the TAS will be picked as the official TEAM USA Boat Race Team.

With this honor comes the spoils... Hot groupies, millions of dollars in product endorsements, and the most important thing, a TEAM USA BOAT RACE TEAM T-shirt!

SO... Who can swig?
Lets see it!!

Oh, Sleepy, don't forget that this year you also need to hang around after the prize giving so you can actually compete, and not slink off like you all did last year.

Your going about this all wrong Sleep dude, I think you have to be a pilot, judge or involved in the contest to be on the team. You don't have to bring in a bunch of ringers to beat them foreigners. I think the USA team of 08 or at least the returning qualifiers should get first crack at kicking there A$$. The TROTW team knew they couldn't beat us after watching last year's USA team qualifier.

Ok Max sent me a video of his tryout, I think he made it in under 4 seconds.

This was done for practice only, I would give Max a break.
As for not sticking around, you're 100% correct he always takes off.
