Sweet. I really like how proud you all are of your birds. That alone says "I want one of these" I think I might have to change the name of this thread.

I hear you on pilot rc . What about 3DHS or EF. 3DHS also has excellent customer support. There is a lot of 50cc planes out there. Piolt RC is also one of the more expensive dealers. 3DHS with a DLE aren't that cheap but still the cost of servos (HD of course) cheaper. and with the way this country is going, or at least me, I can do cheap. Not so cheap I get a shi][y plane though. I won't skimp on an engine but the airframe can be tuned and beefed up if necassary. I would love to get a pilot rc plane with my own custom scheme, as matter of fact I already drew up what I want for a scheme after I started this thread. I also would consider their 25% plane if I can't afford a 30% when I'm done working. Has anyone here flown the 25%. I want EXTREME performance in my plane, as do all of us. It has to take a beating without me worrying about it falling apart (unless I have a premature meeting with the ground of course). So whats your opinion?

fonze GREAT avatar.

Extreme flight is a no brainer. They have very high quality airframes and present larger than most 50cc planes.
88in. wingspan and 87in. length. I have an extreme flight extra 300 with dle 55cc and it is balistic, for 3d and imac.

You can't go wrong with extreme flight.

Gonz see if anybody around where you fly has a Pilot plane and would let you get a little stick time on it. If you were here I let you fly mine and you would be sold as soon as you have flown it, It's strong as I can tell you Sensei and Mikec3d and others have flown my planes and they too can tell you it's a strong airframe and the price is good and it's light out of the box you will be happy I hope you get what you want there is a lot of great flying planes out there and they are getting better all the time that is my thoughts.

I would also have to add 3DHS to the list. I don't have any of Ben's gas airplanes, but I do know people that do and they are awesome too. I like my electric planes from him and will get gasser from here soon probably as I finish other projects. Ben has been a pleasure to deal with as well.

Haven't flown them all, of course, but I chose the 3DHS 87" Extra SHP as my first gasser and am very, very glad that I did. Freakin' sweet airplanes, very large and outflies everything at my field (one guy just got one and a couple more are eyeing their 100cc Extra after seeing mine).

$629 plus shipping and a $400 Dl-55 ain't that bad.
