Silicone works good, I used silicone for repairing fish tanks, very strong yet it will flex a little. Make sure you lay fiberglass cloth across the back of the baffle, you can use 30 minute epoxy to secure the cloth. If you don't do this you will be replacing the baffle at some point do to cracks in it.

Great. Awesome. Thanks Lee.
Is this Silicone available at pet shops, or is it the stuff you can find at Home Depot? Thanks again. Branwell |

Silicone works great..you can easily pull off what overlaps...that and a light sheet of fiberglass put on with epoxy and some alcohol provides some strength without too much weight...

I would be, but I work for the government in DC and work what is known as a compressed work week so I don't get off until 6:00p.m. By the time I'd get over there, the sun would be down! Still, I might try to stop by..we'll see.
