KMP Husky Bit the Dust
&feature=related The video didint stay on during the flight it deadsticked and flew over the hill out of view. Sadly since i was really looking forward to seeing how i ended up smack in the middle of the road.. wings level, but lots of damaged. No rebuild here.  Only had 12 or so flights on it. atleast the video i have is good and shows the flying field good..mike PS, todays club activties had murphy haunting everyone, today was my turn.

Hey George do the videos play in the post for you? or did you have to click on it? it sucked, but it was a bad day for a few folks. I guess it was my time to pay the dues to the wind gods.. looks like rain the rest of the week..

The cause I am not sure, I think the engine really soaked up the onboard glow battery even when it was only engaged at startup idle.. but The week before ifound out the muffler was loose from a previous impact, but really nitro engines have always been my plauge, i would get one working great then one day they go belly up never to recover.. that is when i decided to get the gasser and its been great ever since, but in the case of this aircraft you can never really get out of nitro if you fly power.. oh well, it was a bad day..

Yea.. atleast i got really col onboard videos before that happend haha. At least i know it wasnt my flying that doomed it. it was level in a glide when it dove below the hill, what happend next I was really hoping to see on video
 but nope the camera batery shut down mid flight.. off to glider meet today.mike
