Default No Throttle

Hey Guys, I am quiet new in the RC Heli's.. And here is my problem, my friend gotta me CP-Belt RTF the shop keeper tested it a flew all good all well... Now its with me, I connect the battery the beep kicks in, the Gyro blinks and then is steady.. Remote Throttle is on the lowest and so is the Trimmer.. I give throttle the command is taken by the Heli something moves but the rotor does not kick in.. When giving the left and right command the Heli takes the order... Please anybody adivce me what i need to do.. Oh yeah and the .... is on "R" i believe i also tried "N" also no reaction from the Rotor
