Well guys as it happens I am writing this thread for a good friend of mine who was really unfortunate last night.
I received a call from Phil Bederka this morning and to my surprise he told me his plane had been stolen. It was taken from the 3G's Hobbies location in West Palm Beach sometime last night. From what he has told me it was only the fuselage that was taken and everything else remained. As it happens this is a plane that most of us are familiar with. It was at one time Stephen Hamilton's competition airplane. It has the following: please bare with me as this is not everything as I am still being update on this situation Aerotech Extra 300 mid wing 3w-157 copper heads (weld joint on the left cylinder header) NOt confirmed but believed to be MTW 110 canistors custom 1 off Fromeco Circut battery board - as I have been told this is a custom job and no others exist Fromeco batteries switches Custom airbrush scheme on the cowling Mejzlick 3blade prop tru turn 3 blade spinner I will try and have Stephen or Don Hamilton chime in here with some more details about the airplane.

Capflyr,
The added pictures will be much appreciated...I can only hope that the plane or parts turn up and Phil can get them back. Its hard enough to get one of these big planes in the air, let alone replace one that has been taken right out from under you.

it always sucks to have something stolen from you but did you check on your homeowners insurance. they should cover it being that it was stolen. i know you want your old one back but just incase this might be an option.
