Georgia Heatwave IMAC August 15-16
Thought I would post here to let everyone know that the 2009 Georgia Heatwave contest will be August 15-16 at the R/C Cloud Dancers flying field. I am in the process of working on the webpage now so more information will be available tomorrow hopefully! Got the trophies ordered yesterday!

If anyone has any questions please contact me at 770-715-6263. As for shirts the club voted down on the shirts for now due to we are a new developing club still. Lou glad to hear your coming up!!! It would be sweet if you made it down to my house a day early to let louis dunk the comp in the lake we have lol.

Where is field in Williamson, Kevin? I am moving to Thomaston and may be there in time to attend. Also , is your field open to flying anytime and do they welcome giant scale gassers? (I would assume they do as you are hosting IMAC ! )

Yes gassers are allowed. As far as club flying goes you are allowed to visit and fly three times with a club member on the site, then you have to join the club which is 100 dollars a year. Come on out to the IMAC meet! A lot of the club members will be there this weekend.
