Seen a bunch here in the Swapshop over the last few weeks. I'm looking for a smokin deal on a 3W55 for my PAU Su-26 to replace the one I put in the 47. If I don't find one after Xmas I'll just order a new one I guess.

Finally made a decision. It was a hard one to make. Took the DA-50 out of Yak and going to put it in the PAU Extra. Going to sell the yak. The Yak Flies great. I just like the other two better and the SP the best.
The wall hangers are full of gliders. Just 3 weeks ago they were all flying.

OT......go to Walmart and get some $1 pool noodles and put them over those wood blocks you use on the wall hangers. Better than that hard wood on the plane.

We all know you are not going to regret this decision.

Didn't think about the pool noodles. Thats a good idea. Just have to wait till spring till the seasonal pool noodles are going to be for sale around here.I wonder if my grand daughters still have theirs. They out grew them.
I'm planning on making storage shelves instead of the pegs. Does anyone know what the minimum length of the 36% edge is.

If you can't find pool noodles water pipe insulation works really well. I just picked some up for my planes and it works really well!

I like to cut dowels and use pipe insulation to slide over it. It is like dense rubber and has a 1/2 or 3/4 in. hole already cut in it. Works like a charm.

The DA is a perfect fit. I did a lousy job on the cutout on the F/G spinner. I'll use it anyway.
I taught I'd try the Vess 22-A prop. That was the combo that Chris used. It worked really well.
I still have to reinforce the firewall. I cut to much out for the RCGF-62. I'll be busy the next 3 days.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Old Tom
