Bob,
Where did you get the CNC bottle cap? Do you still have to glue them on or does it have an o-ring seal?
Thanks,
Jason

They come out of Germany for I think around $25.00. They have an o-ring inside of them, so you do not need to glue them, but you can.

Place a lip at the front of the exaust opening, it will work like a cowl flap and exccelerate the air as it moves over the lip causing the air to be scavenged from thr fuse.

Well I googled Germany and found nothing but pictures of Hitler and Blonde chicks that could cause a car wreck walking down the road.
Do you know the name of the company? Where can a person buy them?

Give Trent a call. I think a while back he had a couple of caps that he was getting rid of. Not sure the size, but they might be the ones you are looking for if he still has them.

Thanks for that Bob!
The part that i really cant get my head around though, is that if the bond is instant as soon as you touch the two surfaces together, what's the point of bagging it or putting it under weights?
What happens if there is an air bubble stuck in there when you lay down the sheeting?
Sorry for these anoying questions, but that glue is hard to get here and expensive, so before i get something like that, i just wanna understand it in our application.
