That is just getting started this afternoon, about 1 1/2 hour work, I still have a very long way to go.

Bob - What's the make-up of the main gear? Is that formed aluminum?

Hope to be around though out the build, just hanging out and talking with you and the guys is really helping me quickly on the details and workings of this insane hobby we are in.LOL

The gear is composite, a carbon glass, and epoxy mix.

It looks good and I really like the size it's going to end up when finished ,but how much do you hope it will weigh when finished and will a DA 170cc be enough power .

bob can power a 50% with a 40la.... he builds them that light
