Yep, we have done alot last night and today, and as always, I learn something new. I cant wait to get mine.
We used a different bagging material this time, it was so much easier to work with than the blue stuff we used on the 80%er.

Use bleach in that drain from time to time so you don't wake up with wet feet lol.

Im not sure on the details, he got this stuff and all I know is it was 100 times easier to seal than the blue crap. This stuff sealed and pulled a vacume with in minutes, the blue stuff we fought leaks for hours.....

Yea, I did it a while back, but forgot about doing it again. Got it all cleaned up and drying out. I have new wood floors and was pretty upset this morning. Not a good day to fly, going to go in the AM.

This will be a perfect airframe for the new bad azz Fox 200cc. I'll have to talk to the main man at fox.

I made a little more progress today and here are a couple of pics. The botton deck came in at 13 ozs @ 92" long but I still have lots of sanding to do.

Looks good bro....I see you needed a few more clamps for this one....my find wasnt so bad after all eh?
I see now the extra strips of sheeting between the openings to sandwich that part, should be super strong now. Sorry I couldnt make it today.
