sorry bout the bad luck there greg! bob will probably come up with some sort of "fix" that will take another 1/2lb out vs everyone else's fixes that add weight! LOL

I ordered a White Rose Engineering tail gear, I think when the tire came off, the axle dug into the wet ground and snapped the carbon gear. I should have it ready to go by the weekend.

Back in the Early 90's I knew a guy named Jason Somes. He was flying a 40%er of some sort with NO tail wheel. Squeeky damn thing. He wore it right down to the rudder in one short weekend. When I asked him what was up with the tail wheel. He simply said "What the Hell do you need a wheel for?"
