vwchad thanks for your questions, rite now we are final ling our sole distribution for USA.

1) What kind of customer support can we expect? Will warranty issues and replacement parts have to be sent to/from Pakistan? - the kit will come under complete guarantee all defective parts will be replaced free of cost, the service either will coming from our sole distributor with whom we will maintain a replacement parts inventory free of cost.


2) Do you have any legal agreements with Sloair to produce models of their airplanes, right down to the color schemes? The reason I ask is that many companies get really protective over their products and designs. Redbull is one that comes to mind. I'd hate to see everyone get excited about this plane and then have you get shut down due to some legal issue - No we have no legal agreement with Sloair, we have an understanding with Mr. Phillip Stienbach rights of making this model will be no issue, regarding color schemes our R & D department is continuously working on it to change the color schemes of this model, and soon you will see another color scheme for this beast, so guys don't worry about these legal issues, i hope so we will soon be able to finalise all this.

Hmmmmmmmmm.......... I've looked at the forums a few times today and noticed the Sbach 342 thread didn't get to the front page...... RCxtreme, anything good for us tonight? How about the flight test videos or the price went down or ya'll added titanium rods or something else cool? (How about offering a helmet head pilot that matches the exterior paint scheme? We're all looking to see what else really cool happens next!

Just came back from the first demo flight, our sponsored pilot really pushed the plane. i am talking spiral harriers, four point torque rolls, water falls, eight point rolls you name it he did it.
i have sent it to our IT guy he is setting it up for your viewing pleasure.
