Default 2009 RDRC Fly-for-Tots - The "can't miss" event of the year is fast approaching!

2009 RDRC Fly-for-Tots Charity Fly-In

Well, we're about a month away from the 2009 edition of the RDRC Fly-for-Tots so I thought I'd get the official thread going. There's a ton of activity underway to make this the biggest one ever! As you may recall, last year we had 217 registered pilots, some really awesome nationally-recognized demo pilots, hundreds of airplanes, and unbelievebale fun! And best of all, we managed to raise $26,500 for the Victory Junction children's camp in Randleman, NC! Help us raise the bar again. Join us for this "RC Happening" near Raleigh, NC.

We have many things to tell you about this year's event and we'll use this forum to do that. So be sure to check in often for the latest updates. And be sure to share your comments and questions. This is the place to do it.

Quick info links (updated often):

Robert, I see you didnt mention the plane I will be winning this year. I would hate to get all those people excited about it all for nothing.

I'm finishing the artwork and we'll tell everyone about the AWESOME grand raffle prize real soon. But if you can't wait, go to www.flyfortots.com in the meantime.

Doug, I had a blast in FL with you and your FFAA guys at FX3D.

I guarantee that you'll love it if a bunch of you convoy up here to NC for the FFT at RDRC! And you'll certainly add more some "action" to the event. I would be awesome to have you fun FL dudes with us!

Oh Yeah, here we go again!! This year I only have a 45 minute drive instead of the 4.5 hour drive the last few years so that will be a big plus.

Man, We changed our fall date this year, guess what I picked.......Sept. 19th. I will miss it again this year, but I will fix that next year. You guys have fun. Hopefully I will see most of you at Bealton the week before.

If Josh and I can twist Robert and Larry's arm we may get them to come to Bealton also.
