Is it friday yet? We will be comming up friday morning. This is like a much needed vacation for us! Look forward to seeing everyone again, and meeting some new people! I wouldn't worry about the rain chances because it seems like we have a 30-40% chance here on the coast every day and it hardly ever rains.

Here's a couple of manufacturer announcements for the 2009 FFT:

JTEC/Radiowave - www.jtecrc.com

Al and Kevin Young will be attending the event again this year and, in addition to the great custom mufflers they are providing to the raffle, they will donate 10% of their event sales to Victory Junction! Be sure to stop by their booth on vendor row to check out all the cool products including the awesome JTEC ARF's. And know that, when you make a purchase with them, you'll be directly supporting our charity.

Aerotech RC Models - www.aerotechrcmodels.com

Matt Mikesh is coming all the way from Iowa to join us at FFT. He says that their new 121" Extra 300 Mid Wing and 123" Edge 540 gen 3 kits are not quite ready so he won't have them available on-site. But he will be taking $100 deposits on orders for them and will donate that deposit amount of every order to our charity! Be sure to visit them on vendor row, too!

WOW! Thanks, guys!

Hey guys, I plan to be there on Saturday, Tec said I really don't have a choice. I have a DA-100 that I will have with a new set of J-tec mufflers that I will be selling for 700.00. If anyone is interested let me know and please have cash on hand. It has been through a few seasons of service I have been told. I have not cranked it. I bought it from a man in Jacksonville NC. I need to sell this so I can finish my 35% Pilot Yak. I was told it pulls like a plow horse. I also have another DA-100 that I have been using for 2 seasons that I will bring that I can gaurantee runs without any issues. I pancaked the airframe a couple of months ago inverted very little damage to the frame. I will have both and it is your choice.

And as always the Fly for tots is a ONE OF A KIND flyin. These guys no how to do it right. ALWAYS a good time. Looking foward to getting down there. I wish I had something to fly. If I can get a candy dropper ready can I enlist in the candy bombing?

Also Robert, I wanted to ask. Will the Circus be able to make the 95th's Fly-in on the 3rd of Oct.

Hey Alan - it's gonna be fun. We look forward to having you back with us! Folks are already rolling in and it's only Wednesday!

I'm sure some Circus dudes will be headed your way. I think Larry and I will be headed to a commitment in SC on teh same day, though.

With all the rain coming, I'd plan for wet grass. Pray for clear skies on Sat/Sun!
