Most of the radio gear came from Horizon Hobby yesterday, JR 9303 2.4, JR High Power 922 reciever, 8711 servo for the rudder, 8317 for the throttle, and two matchboxes for the ailerons. The rest of the 8611A's should be here today!

Kenny made up all the extensions over the last few nights. Anderson R/C donated some connector ends and a sullivan crap trap.

We started with the pull pull rudder and throttle. You can see the SWB servo arm on the 8711.

Here's a few pics from last night:

Kenny must be a pro at making extensions now after all the ones he's made up recently , looking good guys! This is going to make one lucky guy/gal extremely happy!

In case you missed the info, you can buy some tickets for a chance to win the plane from here: www.flyfortots.com .

No worries Jon-boy... one of the shop rules. If it has threads... then loctite.

I know of a local guy that built a QQ Python for a guy that didn't thread lock the landing gear bolts and on the 1st or 2nd flight the guy was hovering the plane and the landing gear FELL OFF! He had to belly land it. Not good.

All the servos are now in their corresponding locations. Just need to set up the links and clean up the wires.

As you can see all holes have grommets to keep the wires and fuel lines from chaffing. I need to pick up a few things today to help with the wire management. It is very important to tie the small remote receiver wires up right near the connectors. If you don't they can break from constant vibration.
