Randy did an awesome job flying that day, the wind gust were blowing canopies over and blowing chairs around. The wind didn't stop Randy from doing his snap a saurus video though. Nelly is one Randy's cheerleaders if you can't tell from his video. Great Job Randy!!

Ok, everybody..... not sure if you all know this, but the Heart of Ohio Huckfest
@ Thistle down flyers is comming up.... only about 18 days roughly.....

Remember, if you go up, grab a plane and take with you.... this is a show for the pilots,
however when the spectators show up there, it just another bonus.... now I know
we are "Flying Giants" but that does not mean that you need a huge enormous
aircraft to fly there..... Flying Giants basicaly means that no matter what you are
flying --- you the pilot needs to "GO BIG / FLY HARD!" ---
last year we seen everything from Sig Rascals flying and hovering,
down to the .40 size profiles, and oh yes, even foamies... and of couse,
Snapasaurus and others huckin' the 40 and 50%'ers.... and then we had
Animal Jesky huckin' the heli in the beans last year too.....

I'll have the woodies and the spads up there messin' around myself this year along
with Nelly.... It's just amazing to be part of the a Huckfest...
if you've never been to one, you are missing out.... all I can say is "OMG".......
It is an honor to have one of these so close to us in Northern Ohio!

Well, another weekend has past.... back to real life again... lol

Anyways.... I went out Sunday to the Tiffin Ohio field and was there from
roughly 10am till 7:30pm... now that's a day of flying there!!!! And after
a rough week, I think I found my "flying mojo" again..... I was doing some
rather nice lower level hovering with my Goldberg Extra 330 77"....

It was really good to have my mentor, or wingman out there with me too..... Hoovy
is the best motivator in the world for me when it comes to flyin'... that boy can
talk my nerves through just about anything..... Pakratt is back!!!!

Hooovy was tearing up the sky right beside me with the Big Reactor as well
and it was awesome to see us hovering together again... it's been a long time
since we've done that... Hooovy even did a nice Snap a Saurus on takeoff too, and
no cameras... next time, my freind! I think you are gonna get your Snap-a-wings with
no trouble just as R Nick did.... I bet Nelly would approve.... LOL

Although I didn't get any video or pics, my memories of yesterday were good... (the wife
and family spent the day at our place with "granny" and then went out and about in
the hometown)....They said they had fun, so that's what matters.... I know I sure did ....

Kens right... It is so much better to have someone elses knees ratteling right next to yours. There is a certain comfort knowing that the person next to you has his or her heart bounding out of there chest just as yours is!
After a couple flights, our nerves were calm and then real fun began! Low slow passes into prop hangs were of little effort..... We had them both out in front of us "hanging" out like ol' friends!

OK,,, I need new RX batts for the new plane. Had one 6.0v pack with a dead cell.
In "the other thread" I posted a comment about MyAtomic.com and told you how they had a better price on the GIANT Reactor. Well this holds true for the HydriMax 1600 mah 6.0V Battery packs as well.
Tower wants 24.99 plus shipping, Atomic wants 21.99 FREE SHIPPING!! Looks like they get my money again...LOL
