Yea its crazy how Russo got that tan line...
He went to one of those "spray tan places" but the sprayers broke,
so they held his feet and dipped him into the 55gal drum of the Tan solution.
Everything looked tan except his feet.

Not a good look if you ask me, but he seemed to like it.

Wierd.
