Default ETOC?

Hey guys, i have been following ETOC for about 3 years now and it is pretty awsome what they do, and thought it would be an awsome experiance. Since i have Realflight G4.5 just for the heck of it i am working on a routine that has been coming along nicely and i am talking my parents into getting a foamie from fancyfoam.com. I just had a couple of questions bout this. Alright here goes the questions. 1. Is ETOC held in the same place every year? 2. Do you have to have multiple routines? 3. Is there an age limit? 4. Do you have to be sponsered? 5. How can you enter? 6. How long can you fly for, seen the rules and they say for only 2 minutes but on vids I've seen 2-2.45 minutes? 7. I am 13 years old do you think i have a chance? Hopefully someone out there has the answers to some of these questions. Thanks

Alex,
i can answer your questions. 1.ETOC is held in same place. we did move to a new facilities last year and plan to stay there.
2.It helps to have multiple but is not required.
3.There is no age limit.
4.You Do NOT have to be sponsored.
5.you can enter by sending a dvd or cd with a 2 min freestyle and a 2 min pattern routine inside a gym. we do not except routines that are filmed outdoor . All the requirments and entry dates etc can be found on our website. tntlandinggear.com
and if you are good you have a chance we review all the vids we get submitted and people are chosen for the talent and skill not their name.

1. No, but it will be held the same place in 2010 that it was in 2009. 2009 was our first year in the new gym, and it's great!

2. No, if you mean multiple freestyles. However, there is both a required precision sequence (which will be published about a month before the contest) and a freestyle routine that is up to you to design.

3. Nope!

4. Nope!

5. Visit www.tntlandinggear.com and look for instructions. Basically you will need to send in a video that shows yourself flying an indoor freestyle routine as well as some precision pattern flying.

6. Freestyle is limited to 2 minutes. The pattern takes whatever amount of time is needed.

7. It's definitely not about age... send in a video and see what happens... There's only one way to find out!

Good luck and have fun! ETOC is a really awesome experience. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Is the E-TOC going to have a night fly competition with Fireworks and HUGE explosions in the GYM this year like the XFC?
If so I'd like to enter! I know I can win if it involves blowing stuff up!

You don't need a rubber spinner when using the standard "prop-saver" prop adapter that most newer motors have. These mount the prop with an o-ring so they pop off in the event of a crash.

You should enjoy the Vrolet... it's an "older" design these days but still flies very well.
