Does anyone know whats going on with Knox Hobbies? I have been trying to reach DeWayne and have had 0 luck.

I ordered parts from Dewayne last week, I called and got a full mail box, less than 5 minutes later Dewayne called me and I gave him the order which I have received, prompt shipping.

I have a buddy whos tried several emails and called a bunch....NO REPLY,, He bought a plane and motor at Joe Nall and had some questions and acutally needed to buy a few things ,, ANYBODY know anything..OUT of BUSINESS or what ???

Try contacting Gary and Chuck (sales reps) for the full story guys. I picked up one of the 35% Pitts and had a few issues with it. Both Gary and Chuck took care of me within a few days. I had a defective canopy and the aileron hardware was missing and both items were gotten to me ASAP. As far as Dewayne goes, he's not in hiding, just out of pocket. Give Chuck a call and he can fill you in.

oh this is a real funny scenario.... I'm not impressed one bit......
Back on thanksgiving of 2009 I sent an email to this place asking about replacement parts for a plane of theirs that I have.... he responded "yes" to getting the parts the day after....... Ever since the response..... I've tried email with my normal email address, and no one responds! I've tried calling with my home phone and no one answers, and his voice mail is always full! Now here's the Kicker!!!!!!!!!!!!!............................... I used a freind's email and sent something to Knox Hobies, back in February, and said something to the fact about the talk on the forums about Knox Hobbies going under...... and said I was thinking about ordering a few things off of the website, and didn't want to if the place wasn't still in business.... wouldn't you know it, he responded within a couple hrs.... all his response was "we are still here"...... so I continue to call and email...... and yet nothing from these guys!!!!!!! Who conducts business this way? Not good!!!! I do not like to be treated like this... Congratulations to Knox Hobbies for becomming the first hobby business ever to make it to the top of my crap list..... all I wanted to do was buy my replacement parts and be happy..... hmmm.... It makes me really sad to say that I own a Knox Hobbies originated aircraft!!!!!!!! (I can assure you that their logo is probably comming off of it!)
