Hi Guys,
ok as a few here know I have been pushing the indoor barrow on here for a while now. I have also been ordering stuff from Fancy Foam for myself and many guys here in Perth. I am about the place another order for anyone who wants stuff. I need 5 kits to make it worth while for everyone as far as saving on postage out of the USA. FancyFoam will not drop ship, so therefore everything needs to ship to me then I forward onto individuals via Aust post system. Given that I am not doing this for profit, cost of each kit/item varies with the fluctuations of the Aussie dollar. A group buy of this type will attract a discount from Fancy Foam, so even with the cost of internal postage added I am sure you would not be able to purchase individually at a better price. So if you want something, take a look at www.fancyfoam.com website and pm me with what you want. I will order any kit or component that is instock on the the website. I will be placing the order this time next week, delivery time from the US normally takes 2 weeks, and then what ever it take Aust post to do their thing. I will only place orders in groups of 5 kits at a time, so first in first serve, ie if I do not have 5 kits ordered, I will wait until I do. I cannot give prices up front as I will not know the actual cost price until the order is placed as the exchange rate for the Aussie dollar fluctuates daily! As soon as I place the order I will let individuals know the purchase price once the order arrives I will contact you and obtain shipping addresses then provide a total cost including internal postage cost (only actual postage cost will apply). Payment for orders will need to be made by direct deposit. Shipping to individuals will occur as soon as payment is confirmed. Guys, there may be other ways of doing stuff like this however at the end of the day I am not doing this for profit, I am not interested in making a business out of this and I just want to keep it pretty simple, so the above are the terms and conditions of the process, take it or leave it ![]() I would appreciate if only those who intend to follow through place an order, seeing as all of the up front cost comes out of my pocket. Pm me and I will provide my email address if you want to discuss anything about placing an order. cheers, Jeff |

For Those flying indoor or considering on doing so, I thought I might give you a heads up on what would have to be the best Foam Safe Cyno I have ever used. Myself and the other guys over here have tried many other brands and types of foam safe cyno and all who have tried this agree it is simply the best.
http://www.bsi-inc.com/Pages/hobby/oca.html and the Kicker that goes with it http://www.bsi-inc.com/Pages/hobby/accel.html Some model shop in aust carry this stuff however it seems that it is normally pretty hard to get. However fortunately HobbyCity carries exactly the same stuff which has been re-badged http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s...less_CA_1/2_oz http://unitedhobbies.com/hobbycity/s...elerator_2._oz http://unitedhobbies.com/hobbycity/s...elerator_8._oz For those of you in Queensland you can also get the kicker here http://gpwoodturning.sitesuitestores..._id=1107461046 Notes: the kicker will work with any CA The foam SAFE Ca is available in thick or thin (thin is best for building foamys, the thick can be handy for repairs) Interestingly Foam Safe CA is also non blooming which makes it ideal for Canopies. Cheers, Jeff |

Fast Ace,
I assume you mean retail price? well that is readily available on the FancyFoam.com website as they are the retail outlet for their kits. I am merely doing a group buy to take advantage of shared shipping and a discount that Mike the owner of FancyFoam kindly offers as a result. As I also stated in my first post, I am not doing this for profit and pass this discount on and only add actual internal postage cost (no handling fee). So therefore the end cost depends purely on the fluctuating Aussie dollar. If you wanted a firm price for any of the kits I buy in, I could only do this by adding an additional percentage to safe guard myself from fluctuations in the dollar which results in increased purchase and shipping costs from the USA (given that the upfront costs are coming out of my pocket). I have been doing this process for many of the guys over here for a quite a while now, all of whom have been very happy with the outcome and have openly admitted, that they could not have purchased their equipment individually for the same price. I am not being evasive, nor trying to rip anyone off, I am trying to provide a service to those guys who want to get into this equipment at the lowest cost possible. Not wanting to sound rude, but to put it bluntly it makes no difference to me if you choose to place an order or not, as at the end of the day I am not trying to make money from this. Cheers, Jeff |

Jeff, don,t get me wrong with the question i asked as i do understand fully what you are doing to help out guys in purchasing kits etc from the overseas market , i thought it would be a good idea to let interested buyers know an approximate cost of this model as it would be listed from the supplier plus an estimate on shipping . i have purchased many items from overseas countries and i must say some do have quite high shipping costs, i would hate to buy one of these foamies and get a bill for $300 , if you know what i mean. cheers.
