Default Moki 2.10 idle surge

I have a Moki 2.10, carb is level with the bottom of the fuel tank, large line from the tank to the carb, std. from muffler nipple to tank. Transition is smooth. Engine will idle then surge (slightly) then drop back to lower idle then back up again. Almost consistant up & down duration. Servo stays centered. I did elevate the tank since last flown but the plane went in the dirt since last flown also. Could the tank height be the problem or am I maybe off on the low end disc setting. Could this be a rich or lean low end mixture setting? The high end needle seat broke during the crash and I replaced the disc seals when I replaced the needle seat.
Thoughts?

Maybe lean. It'll have problems returning to a normal idle on approach if it's lean. Try richening the low dial a hair.

I had a noticeable difference in the wind down before on final also but it would settle down and stay there. Now it just pulses.

I moved the wheel about three knerls and it seams good. Not sure if I went leaner or richer. I think I went leaner. Engine is inverted and I turned the notch towards the block....I think that is leaner.

HI the center of a glo fuel tank s/b in line with the carb center--not more then 3/8 inch above or below the carbs center-and as close to the engine as is possible--unless you have a pump to feed the fuel to the engine---i do not use a pump

hi lean needle valve setting will cause surging of a glo engine-often noticed right after a take off -and should land and correct it A. S. A. P.-----TONY
