Default 33% Laser Question

I reciently aquired a 33% Laser with a BME 100, yea kinda over powered, have to use throttle management, but my question is, does anyone else have a problem with it snapping on them? Seems to do it when to much Rudder and Elevator are applied, more as doing rolling circles, etc. Just wondering if they have a snap issue from the get go. Thanks for your help and comments in advance.
