Default Hello From Michigan

Hello,

I'm new to the Flying Giants, as well as the R/C Airplane hobby in general. Being retired, I have invested a lot of time learning. I'm soon to start building my first kit - Top Flite P-51D Mustang 1/5th Scale.
I'm looking forward with much anticipation.

Bryan

We are having our annual giant scale fly-in September 12th and 13th. It is located at the Flying Pilgrims field in Canton, Michigan. There will be all different types of giant scale planes from warbirds to aerobats, even a few jets. You are more than welcome to come. More info can be found here if you're interested.

Great!
Thanks for the invite. That's not far away at all. We'll plan to come on Satruday. If my wife doesn't want to watch big boys play with toys, she can hangout at IKEA :-)
Let's hope the weather cooperates!

Incidently, this weekend (Sept 5 & 6) we're going to Dayton Ohio to see the DOGS air show, at the National Air Force Museum.
