Default Fliton Extra 330 72" Build/Assembly with DL30

I found a new in box Fliton 72" Extra to go with my DL 30. I am just starting the build, and will post pics soon. I will use my DL30 on the noisy end. I will use a 5955 for the rudder, Futaba 9155's on the elevators, 5985's on the ailerons, and HS635 for the throttle with a manual choke. I will use 42% opto kill and reg for the engine, Sahara regulator for the RX and servos, Matchbox for the elevators, Spektrum AR9000 RX, and 2 2600mAh lipos from 42% products for power. I hope the dry weight will be about 10 - 11 lbs.

Here are some pics. Got the engine mounted and all servos installed. Just waiting for my batteries and I will be able to finish up.

Well I am pretty much finished. It came in at 12lbs on the nose. I had to mount both batteries under the engine box to get it to balance. I also had to use a 5600mAh for the receiver to balance correctly. I will get some more pics up soon.

ericb, as you can tell I get my motors from Ron at South East Rc Engines. in fact I should get my DLE-30 tomorrow. any more pic's of the plane and where you got it from would help. I had one of there extras with a saito 100 in it and it was awesome. Good luck on the maiden.

I got the plane on RCU. He still has more listed. I got it for $250 shipped. Here is a link to another one he has.

I will get more pics tonight. Any certain items you want to see in a pic?
