Default Jason noll mystery maneuver

what is this maneuver called? it starts at 4:10. looks like opposing snaps of some sort.

what a beast

Definately not a snap. It looks like the snake performed on high rates with exaggerated stick movements.

when i've done it (not necesarily well) you ke, roll to one side, hold it there with the elevator, then push it back, and do the reverse...

Yep, in opposite directions. Rudder input stays constant, aileron and elevator switches. For you mode 2 flyers you are basically just stirring the right stick, clockwise for right rudder, counterclockwise for left. It is basically the same inputs for the snake, but timing and airspeed are more critical.

You're correct. It's a highly exagerated snake. Not too hard to do, but to do it and hold altitude, pretty tough.
