Could it be a possability that they plane was beong used for video if the sky divers. I know sounds screwy but I am just throughing it out there. I just cant see someone still flying a plane when they noticed the skydivers in the air space.

Real simple, real people in the air, rc plane comes down, even if you have to ditch it. When I was stationed in England the last time we flew real gliders out of RAF Upwood. An RC club got permission to fly there and decided they had the right of way. Ran into the tow line on the glider one day and were gone the next, no other questions asked. You never endanger REAL PEOPLE!!!

Looking at the map it appears as if the video guy was on the road just north of the skydiving place. Looks to be some sort of field north of that. But the pilot has to be on the airport itself based on how he is flying relative to the camera.

In the second video look at the very end at the high speed low pass. It comes over the road north of the air[ort!!

Wow, just wow. That is one of the worst cases of bad judgment in RC flying I have ever seen. It seems to me that the guy could be identified with a little effort. He needs to be "spoken" to by an official someone.

Not sure about that, the camera man could have been in an entirely different viewing position than the pilot.

Believe me our incident at RAF Upwood was just as bad. The individual involved intentionally flew a 30% plane into a ground tow cable as the glider was about 200 feet in the air with small chance of dumping the cable and doing a straight in landing. This individual needs to be prosecuted though.

1bwana1 Look at where all of the hovering was done, to the right of the field, and then look where he flew the pass, left and behind him.

I watched the 2nd video and to me the skydiver is not the one who's chute got hit, but maybe the other one that was also seen in the 1st video (look at the color of the chutes). Also, it looks like he may be walking to his vehicle and has kind of stopped to watch the plane flying. The pilot does seem to get careless towards the end of the 2nd video flying over things and areas that one should not be flying over. Besides, if I was the skydiver I would be running over there looking for the pilot (not carring my chute with me).

title says it all...

MORON!

These are the people who are going to ruin our hobby for us...

There is no way in heck I would be flying ANY plane anywhere near that close to a person. Even if for some reason I couldn't land, I would still move it to the opposite side of the field/airspace...

When I posted link to other video I assumed it was prior to the hit on the diver. I thought it had to be as even a dumbass like that would stop flying after hitting someone...never know might have been after the hit. Hope he gets tracked down and some sort of action is taken.
