I`ve been doing a lot of blenders on my 33% Extra 260 recently (vid coming). A flying-buddy of mine thinks the manouver is irresponsible (LOL!) and that no plane can take this much beating. So i need some backup here; if you know about vids with the blender-manouver, post a link here. I will burn him a DVD and send it to him

Hmmmmmmmm........ A thread WITHOUT pictures thus far. I guess I can TELL you about my blender experiences last week. I put the CAP in such a hard blender that I walk funny now. (And I wasn't even riding in it!) Now that's a HARD blender!! LOL!

, that should have a name of it's own. Like the shredder, or shrapnelizer, shreiker.

The blender is only violent if you wrap up the spin prior to flatening it out. Of course that is what looks the coolest.

All my blenders look violent... and I just go from a low power rolling downline to an inverted flatspin....

Airwild Extra 260 will do great full throttle blenders. What killed my plane is a deadstick and I probably did atleast 20 long ones with no evidence of damage.

I went flying today and last wednesday. First flights since last march since i had multiple pulmonary mbolism's. It felt good to be back out there flying, i wasn't sure i ever would again there for a while. Anyway, so today, i snap-a-saurused on take off, and thinking about this thread, did two gnarley full throttle blenders in a row . I call them gnarley cause i could hear the wood cracking all over
( me). I wanted to do it a third time but i figured 2 lucky enough for today. The plane is still to new to lose this early on. Now i have done my fair share of blenders at idle or with a couple/few clicks of throttle, but i never tried a half or full throttle blender before. Never even seen one that i can remember, and i think i would have remembered one of those. All i can say is Holy Chit fudge man. I wasnt sure if i was coming or going. Talk about violent. Got alot of ***'s from some others out there, especially after the second consecutive one. A couple of them said they thought somthing bad was happening. I said Yah, and sort of laughed. I think it bothered them a little cause a couple of them packed up right after. I hope i dont make it a habit of it cause im not plane rich. It might though have been my finest hour. I couldnt believe the wings stayed on really. That is a very violent manuever. Wood cracking sounds always give me goosebumps and the hair rise a little. I recomend everyone try it ONCE.

I dont blender with my 30%er,, well.. ok, Ill take a roll or to on a down line then toss into a flat spin, but i dont let the speed get up. I use to do full throttle dremel fast diving rolls with my tribute foamy then pancake it as low as i can.. looks great untill you loose parts and have to fly around with one ailiron seperated from the wing and a broke stab hahah
![]() .. this is what foamys are for.. if you can afford it why not do it with the big ones, but do it far enough away so that if things go bad you dont hit folks.. have fun... need to get some videos in here... mike
