2009 Ohio Huckfest was the BOMB.
CORN! CORN! CORN! I LOVE FREAKING CORN!!!
WOW what a day, Saturday was OFF the freaking hook! And let me just say, if you don't know the deal about CORN, well, sorry but your just not hip. Over 100 pilots attended the 2009 Ohio Huckfest, and it was amazing. Amazing weather, amazing flying, amazing music, serious fun. If you were not here, you missed one of the best ever. From all the on the deck action, the Aerocat races to the foamie demo derby, the entire day was filled with 100% Flyinggiants fun. The afternoon turned into night with a very nice steak dinner, and more flying. When the sun went down, the big construction boom lights spooled up and night hucking commenced. Usually night flying consists of a few foamies, but not at an OHIO HUCKFEST! Josh Price and Jared Clark rocked out with a 30% 3DHS Extra, and a 37.5% TOC YAK! Full on Giant scale smoke on mayhem under the stadium lights! As always I'll let the pictures tell the story, also our good buddy and quite a handsome man Mr. Ben Fisher from 3DHS shot video all day long and will be putting together a sick Huckfest wrap up video. So make sure to watch for that! OK.. pics then BED! I am whooped from a freaking awesome day! But before I go, a HUGE thank you to Corky and Jeff Heitman for hosting us at their amazing field, and another shout out to Al and Kevin from JTEC/RADIOWAVE for sponsoring the entire Huckfest series. The evening was great. The steak dinner was the top with 10 oz ribeye steak, baked patato, corn on the cob, the works. It was followed up by night hucking under the lights, a flight simulator run through a projector, and telling lies............I mean stories around the campfire while enjoying an adult beverage or three. It was great seeing old friends and making new ones. Looking forward to the next time.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the "Nelly" family has arrived back at the homestead safe and sound about 1:50am Sunday... woooohooooo --- What a rush!!!!
