Default Heat sink A123 channel cards

Hey guy's

I'm slowly moving to A123's. I order my first A123 Channel card for my ION3 a few months ago
from Troybuilt. This card has came with no heat sink on the output regulator. My second card
which I just ordered has a heat sink. Was this a change in design or do I have a defective?

Thanks

Carlos

Change in design, we have had heat sinks on them for about a year now. Carlos send my your address back channel and I will get you out a new card.
