The capesters with the SSRRCC gang at the cape today. Some SSRCC pictures from a few days ago. The jigster's rig with the wifeters visting cousins on a fine day at the Cape today. some plane pictures and a few of my birds, with the Corby maiden today. The kidsters make the day. Had a fun day with all of you special thanks to the Capesters all gentlemen. Hats’ off to all of you for your warm welcome. Thanks for the horse and pony show. Had a fantastic time, this is what it's all about. Had the pleasure of meeting the club president and talked about forming a Mass RC Presidents Group to further the hobby through interclub events and address issues facing the hobbyist. Also got a chance to checkout the two jets that belonged to another fine modeler Ray WOW those were some nice planes, the turbine Russian jet is in the picture below nice detailing RaySnap missing again.

What a great day. After a few very light showers early this morning the wind died completely down and made for one of the best flying days ever. I was the first to arrive at about 8:30 and found Ken Crane already flying. He forgot to set his clock back and showed up at 06:30.

After a short debate with some horse aficionados over who owned the field for the day was resolved, the flying resumed full force. People started to arrive from everywhere. We ended up with about 40 people flying, many guests and lots of spectators. Airplanes of all types were in out force from trainers, scale birds, and aerobatic airplanes were everywhere. There were even 3, yep 3, jets. Really cool.

Chane Spendlove dazzled everyone with his spectacular 3D flying, Father Don brought out 2 airplanes, and Rudestar, and Baj both came out to join the fun. There was lots of hot coffee and even hot apple cider brought out by the fair lady in the photo below. What a great day.

Many thanks to Ken Crane, stinger312, Mark Montella, Bill Killen, Bill Lopes and everyone from the Otis club for inviting us all out there today and for your renowned hospitality. It's always great at Otis.

It's really to bad the flying season is drawing to a close

but I'm sure there will be a few good days left to have some more great impropmtu get togethers like today
