Again, I am happy to answer any questions relating to the meeting or the 65cc ban. Any personal, insulting remarks I will not answer. I believe that there is a lot that has gone on, some blown out of proportion, some very true and some completely fabricated... I am happy to disuss the events that lead up to where the club finds itself today. And let me state for the record, that my personal opinion has always been that the ban was completely unneccessary and the sound over size should have been the way the club should have regulated things....I spoke to Chane at length and repeated that my hands were tied because of the by-laws and let him know how he could go about reversing it....

If lawsuits have been filed, and someone arrested for a crime, these should all be public record. I'm sure someone out there can arrange to have these records searched for. Then you could all deal from a point of knowledge about who taking what action against whom.

Okay guys slow down... please..the letter that was posted,looks like from Andy, is what appears to be where things got off the tracks.... I never spoke directly to dave mathewson or the AMA. My comments to Baj, and OBVIOUSLY were misunderstood, was based on two e-mails from DW to club members expressing his hope that the club would come to a resolution and that all the wrongs would be righted..I'm paraphrasing. If I ever inferred that I spoke with DW or the AMA, I am VERY sorry as I did not.

Baj also informed me that Chris told h im he intended to bring legal action against me for the action I took against him and the club.

The letters that were sent to Dave Mathewson from several of Chris’s cohorts made accusations that I acted improperly and with animosity towards SSRCC and its members. I will provide my response to their letters and Dave Mathewson’s responses to them in a future e-mail.

In reference to my cohort's..I wish I had some...I sadly don't..
In reference to legal action against Andy, yes I am considering filing a civil suit and did show the paperwork to Baj.

Did you make a claim at, or prior to the meeting that you had spoken to the AMA, and that they were "backing off". If so, where do you think the disconnect between your and Andy's understanding of the situation is coming from?

Prez, What is your response to the claimed remark that the AMA letter was toilet paper. Did you think the AMA was kidding when they said you were to resign?

As for the assault on me at my home..my two daughters 6 and 8 witnessed the action. SADLY, the person is unemployed and on state assisstance...so I doubt he is an AMA member.I NEVER blamed this site for what happened, I actually said that it was a single individual who acted on his own accord and did not blame anyone other than the perpetrator...said it to Chane several times... I am sadened by the fact someone would do such a thing for any reason and do not believe this to be the attitude of any group of people....Which I also stated several times

Chris, do you feel that club members acted poorly at the club that Andy attended?
I think that everyone in hindsight could have acted in a more mature and positive manner,myself included.
Did you condone that behavior, and if so, why?
I don't condone or condemn the behavior. I think it was a very emotionally charged issue and meeting...
Do you feel that the club can ignore the current status with the AMA? NO.

Again, No I have never spoken to anyone at the AMA..If I inferred that I apologize PURFUSELY,I did get two messages from DM between he and a member that lead me to believe that they were hoping the club would come to a resolution without AMA involvement...apparently I was wrong. Andy and my communication has fallen to zero and both of us ought to sit down for a beer, clear the air and get back to promoting the hobby in the best way possible
