Holly crap! The red tape you guys have to go through makes anything that I complain about a walk in the park.

I've seen that before, a business owner taking advantage of someone like that. It never pays, in the end, the best employees, if you don't treat them with respect, will become your competitor. If you go join another company/airline, he would have one hell of a time replacing you but it sounds like he is an idiot and will have to find that out the hard way. I also believe that good people like yourself, that step up, will somehow be rewarded, one way or another.

Hey Carl, Are you working? Since my truck is down for the week, I need to take a spin into Hyannis.... the only thing left for me to drive is the bike. How about I take along the extra helmet and I will take you for lunch. You will buy, I will just drive you. The present temperature, with out wind chill, is 35.6 degrees . Now that's true fun, LOL.

Speaking of wing beating - I started the repairs on my P6-E Hawk bi-plane - literally beaten to death by UPS. Their response - even thogh they accepted it for shipment and insured it - too bad, the box was not strong enough.

The good news is I have cleaned up the broken stuff and am well on my way to getting her in the air!

Have a great day flying please take all the pictures or videos you can cause I will miss this fly in. It's so wonderful, to see my family, I must have gained a few pounds just laughing, let alone learning some great cooking from my families best chef my sis, wow she made a pizza to die for. took about 10 min. Carl My Sis had a big laugh on the name you gave my coach, She loves it, she said said it was very creative, well in that case thank you for nameing our coach The BAJMAHAL. While on the phone back home and spreading the name around the family also had some fun with me on that one. lol Now the official name is BAjMahal and to thank you it will be posted on the door.

That's great Baj. You will truly be missed tomorrow but it's good to know that you are feeling well and having a grand time! I think the "official naming" of the Bajmahal will require a good bottle of champagne and some toasts so Carl can christen it properly. I will provide the bubbly. Of course that will need to happen AFTER the flying is done! Hopefully there will be a few more good days that we can all be at the field again soon and we will take care of that business.
