SSRCCPREZ, I would like an answer to my question and let's clear this once and for all, was it a member of the flying giants or anyone related to the flying club that attacked you or was there anything that associated this attack has with anything to do with flying?

Good job on the motion to remove the GS ban. You deserve to be recognized for that. I still can't understand why you won't honor the AMA's demand for resignation. It is an important symbolic statement that needs to be made, if as you say, you are most interested in doing what is best for all involved.

Dosnt your club allow veto powers to the prez of the club in your bylaws? If you can find a copy of them. Why aint your by laws posted on your web site?

Here again I really would like to not speak of this, there has been an arrest,read baj the police report twice tonight....I blame NOONE except the individual who perpetrated the act. I am in a lot of pain and am facing a very serious surgery as a result. The point here is that things can go bad qickly and there is a place where we can all discuss maturely and rationally our disagreements and this person chose not to do so

NO there is NO veto power in the by-laws at all...the club is run by the members and the exec. board is the instrument to do the will of the members...thats it.
I do not know why they are not on the site as we did want to address the by-laws this year with a committee to update the by-laws.....
