The whole 'making of the baffles' took less than 2 hours. This is a very effective, light-weight approach to baffles. It is not complicated and was actually a little fun!! Most people who look at my airplane will never even notice this bit of work but I believe it is one of the most important pieces of the airplane. Protect your motor and baffle it!!!!

The baffle slides over the cylinders from the front. The cowling mates to the front edge of the baffles through the 1/2" foam weatherstrip. The baffles can move a lilttle bit but it really has nowhere to go. The cowling holds the baffles in place.
