Default BAD ASS gliders

After flying all sorts of RC planes and really a lot of 3D the glider bug finally bit me.
I was lucky to get a good deal on a 45% scale DG 1000 from Paritech.
Like most rc addicts I am never happy untill the plane is fully pimped out with all the bells and whistles.
SO for those few here on FG interested in Gliders I will do a tread on my progress.
I plan to convert the SLS (self launch system) to turbine.

Enjoy

HAHA...WOW, I didnt know gliders would handle that many g's...the self contained and self starting turbine is pretty darn cool....for a glider....

Some videos of Pete Goldsmith doing some nice aerobatic flying with a 6 meter
The second video is a cs Kunstofftechnic glider built by christian Schauburger. They get up to 295 km/h in a dive.
I recieved one of his kits and will start it after the DG 1000

Enjoy

Love the Paritech models! Unfortunately their DG800(the turbine powered model in this clip)does not have half the dihedral it's full scale counterpart has! If your gonna shell out that much dough(over $3000.00)something as simple as correct dihedral should be engineered into the model!
Their DG1000 does however have the correct proportions(the one Bushman owns) I too will be ordering the 1000. It too will be set up to accept a turbine. I will initially be aerotowing it.

Here's a video of Jesus Bardolet flying his Paritech turbine powered DG1000.
