Thanks WrongWay. I have the Fuse 1/2 covered. The stab and elevator and ruder are ready to cover. I should have the wings done by the weekend. I will post more photos then.

Thanks

So you want to do an inverted dirt snap with mine?

More than one person of fame or not have run it out of fuel, banged the rudder on the ground to break, break props and gear.... all but one would not wipe it down afterwards...... thinking....

thinking....

James
I am get-in off subject, what was the spray for electrical parts you and I were talking about in Atlanta; and where do you buy some.
The build looks good, do I need to send my plane down to F of L. (FL) so you can do another thread with an Amerian flag scheme.

Allen

I wish you were here to help. With your exsperiance I would be finished in 2 days.

I think it was Tony G that was talking to you on the spray.

Are you going to be at the TC3D?

----------Nope - building season.
I'll get with T-G (spray). I am getting ready to make a jig for the slide so I can throw a few together. The guys in the club will be wanting several once I let them grab the sticks. Then I will have to call on WW to send some kits.
Now get to work-----------and what is the color going to be! LOL

Playing with props yesterday.

8s batteries were full charged in-between runs everything cooled then run up 3 times, high and low watts given.

17x8E Xoar 8200 rpm

2050; 1950 about 62 amps.

17x6 APCW 8900 rpm
1980, 1900 about 60 amps.

I am waiting to compare my JC Electrics that will be in later this month.

Curious thing, I went ahead and let the endpoint out of the throttle and it made no difference on the top end....is that because the motor is maxed out? Speed controller is 85 amp so there is room for more there.

When I get a chance I will try to verify the static thrust. The Pe Reivers calculator shows calculated static thrust at just over 16 pounds static and about 17.5 in flight....that's over 2-1 power to weight.
