Default What's so bad about Philips screws?

Over the weekend i changed the majority of the screws on my Extra to phillips head. I got quite a few funny looks when i took out my regular screw driver to do my assembly. Am i missing something? Is there any real advantage to hex hardware? I just prefer the philips screws. Thanks in advance.
