LOL! Yeah, I had to desolder and reposition some wires in the back of my 9303 to get mode 4. Worked out kinda good, though because I now also have cross-trimming. What sucks about it is the resale value is nil and I can't switch back and forth to let friends fly. But since a few of my friends have 9303's they can just copy the program to theirs and bind to the plane.

Ok. So I took the plane to work and weighed it on a calibrated scale:
26 pounds, 2 ounces. Not bad. I would say that, on average, however, one can expect about 27 pounds when all is said and done for the average setup. I didn't take any weight out of the airframe, but I did use lighter batteries(dual A123 1100's are probably a half-pound lighter than the average setup) and Kavan tires. Also, while I love how this plane flies at it's current CG, I think the CG will have to be moved at least 1/2" forward to get this thing to snap better. In my case, since my batteries are just about as far forward as they can go, I will have to add weight to move the CG forward. I have a 6ish ounce weight that I will use in place of a prop washer to try out. We plan to fly again on Wednesday so I will report my findings then.

These Yaks are awsome flying, got 18 flights on mine and making Billy pee down his pants was well worth stress testing the plane. If you guys haven't got your name on the list yet hurry up they are going to go fast.
Thanks Billy for a great Yak Steve |

Bill,
Are you going to have any distributors here in Japan for your planes?

Here"s some pics of mine deckled out, and alongside Extplt's 50cc Yak. Got these all from Hobby Barn except the Smart-fly stuff. Adds a nice touch I think.

Hey, we are having a YAK-OFF (a gathering of BH Yaks, lol) tomorrow at TRCC! I am sure we will all have camera's for video. ![]() I need to check my list as I believe I am getting close to 'sold-out' status for the next container for both the 50cc and 100cc. Send me an email including your name/address, phone number and if there are some left, I will put you down for one. Please provide your 1st and 2nd choice for scheme. BH |

Great looking plane. I love the level of completion too. I sure hope one of you remembers to bring a video camera!
