I love the looks of this plane (Y-55M). I HATE the looks of the Yak-55SP! It just doesnt look right. Kudos to bill for developing a plane I can finally get into (figuratively). I love the giants but transport and storage limitations prevent those. I'll be looking for another 100cc plane when I get tired of putting my Ultimate together at the field and this one certainly looks to be in the running.

I'm quite sure that this will be a valuable add to your stable Bill! Good luck with the project!

Looks like you have a motor just say the word and YES! I can have it in my carry on bag...The Rappy NO problem
except for the fact you fly that mode 4 shiz.. That could be a problem for me on test flight.. I'm sure we will get you flying NO problem..G$

I'm interested in your flight reports.
Are you going to do a "normal" build or one of your super lightweight builds? Cans, pipes, or muffs? You plan on it being a 3d machine or an IMAC machine? Just the other day I was telling somebody at the field I wish someone would make a 100cc wood version of this plane. Go spend some money!! |

Gonna be stock muffs, although the fuse is cannister-ready pipes would be pretty easy, too. This will be set up for probably both 3D and precision, as I think it will excel at both. Gotta go to DA tomorrow, anyway, so I may leave with a big white box
