Default flight log question

i have a flight log connected to a 1221rx, it shows 5.9 v but all other data shows 000. even with the plane in the basement and walking around the house holding the bind button i get no fades, holds...nothing. i called horizon, they said its working, if it wasnt it would show ---. maybe i got the experimental 28.4Ghz rx.

could be you have the flight log plugged into the wrong slot on the RX. Then it would read all zeros...and only voltage

Also if you shut the TX off and read the flight logger it I have seen it read all zeros, until the TX gets turned on again.

Another option is a battery voltage issue will turn the RX off and on and this will cause it to read all zeros.

Then of course if there are no fades, frames losses or holds it will read all zeros.

While the latter is possible I would suspect you put it in the wrong slot. Double check that

All possibilities, but one other one is that it's plugged in backwards?

Can't remember if mine shows voltage when it's in the wrong way, or even if it shows the antennas, but it seems like everytime I plug mine in after not using it for awhile I get it wrong.

Mine are setup to access the Batt/Bind and Batt/Data ports from the off/on switches.

ill take a look but i think its plugged in correctly, the batt/bind is the last horizontal slot.

no it was plugged into the last horizontal slot not the last vertical slot. i had to actually look at at a spare 1221 to figure it out.
