Alright all you IMAC fans, we are just a few weeks out from the contest of the year!

THE 2009 TUCSON AEROBATIC SHOOTOUT!

Hosted by Desert Aircraft in the middle of the beautiful Saguaro cactus covered Sonoran Desert at the TIMPA RC field. If you have never been to the T.A.S. the drive into the event is worth the trip alone!

Flyinggiants.com will be there bringing you all the action in the form of daily reports, pictures and videos! From Wednesday October 7th, until the last flight on Sunday October 11th, we will be working to bring you the absolute best T.A.S. coverage available!

Every year the competition steps it up a notch and this year promises to be no different!

Cant wait to get there. Brendan, Seth and myself will be leaving Ky Thursday evening Oct. 1st for the long drive out as Tom isnt able to make the trip to take planes out this year, really gonna miss Tom not being there with us, it wont be the same without him.

Look forward to getting to see everyone again.

Quique is no longer competing with giant scale airplanes. He still plans to fly, but won't compete. He is only competing in F3A now. It probably just shows him on the list as being invited, but he may/may not have confirmed that he isn't coming yet.

Yup, I just flew with him in the Pacific Coast Freestyle Championships in July. He isn't going to be able to make it to TAS this year though.
