Hi Guys

Just a short note to anounce I will be building a Pilot RC Sbach 342 which is due here in the UK shortly (hows my model coming along Tony) with a full build thread and pictures.

The intended set up will be
1 x DLE111cc engine
mufflers to be decided later possibly JMB 60/60/270 cans or I may eve use the standard mufflers supplied with the DLE
Hitec 7955 servo's all round one on every surface
Flightec 8 amp regulator, 2 cell lipo around 4000mah
SWB servo arms
ZDZ 28 x 10 wooden prop

This my favoured set up which may be modified to suit as required so no horror stories try me to use your own favoured set up please.

I have a Pilot Decathalon also (which is waiting on an engine at present so I am hoping I can build the Sbach before my engine arrives (hopefully a new ZDZ 320cc 4 cylinder)

More details and pictures to follow as soon as I can

Some people make you sick, I have been trying to get tony to ship me one of these models from the day they were released

looks good but I think you may be to close to your model.

Any pics of the build or details of your set up? at the back is that not the wing of the other scheme?

looking forward to seeing this one in the flesh iain, it is such a different looking model to what is currently available!
and if it was mine i would probably give it a wee hug as well

Hey Tony I have mentioned this another way on another thread but how much for one of your 35% 260's in KIT form ?

Thanks Tony for clearing this up I was wondering how one got to the USA so quick.

Tony has sent me some pics of my model (thanks tony for pulling out the stops to get my model prepared)

When the model arrives you are more than welcome to come over to give MY new toy a hug and if you are really really really good you can fly the model when ready, which will be very soon

Sorry. I can not understand what is "35% 260's in KIT form" ? my english is poor.

Pure balsa, sticks, laser cut parts, nothing glued together and no Ultracote covering.

He wants to glue the kit together himself from scratch.

The sbach is on its way to me now and is in the hands of DHL (safely in DHL hand I hope) and should be with me soon
