Iain
we are working on the 50cc now. we will build 100pcs for the first batch. yours will be the No.001.
we are working 50pcs 100cc sbach now. but all were sold even I still not finish them. so we have to make other batch of 100pcs.
Oh. three Sbatch make us no time to build other kind of plane. I believe 73" extra 260, 87" extra 260 will be out of stock for 3 months.

We build a special spinner for Sbach. it will be the same as the full size Sbach. All the Sbach will be with new spinner.

Well guys I got my wings today and the fuse is supposed to come tomorrow. Unfortunately the wings are heavily damaged internally. I hope to have a new set immediately as i've been waiting a long time for this plane. It would definetely be preferable if they were actually crated for shipping.

Hi

Sorry to see the damage on yet another set of wings, I am sure Tony will sort you out very quickly.

Is there any damage to the top and bottom of the wings?

Fly it and practice the 'Hemple' one wing landing. ;-) Just kidding. DON'T! Sure is a sweet looking plane!

The wings look beautiful on the outside but it feels like the sheeting is also broken. Top notch on the covering though. The wings are nice and fat and beautiful. It's gonna be SEXY!

Tony, I know it's not on you. Both wings are broken. The last three pictures are of the inside of the second wing. There is the same damage as the other but the broken sections have not fallen out yet. It is a compression thing I guess. The box shows no signs of damage but something heavy must have been put on top of it I guess. There seems to be just to much give in the cardboard and foam. I sent you an email also.

Rosie-Riveter,

How were the wings shipped? In a foam core slipped into a single box?

I had the same broken ribs in my Pilot 100c Yak and it was crated in wooden boxes. IMO, if Pilot can construct their wing ribs with little 'I' pieces that have grain in the vertical direction it will not only make the wings stronger but also the ribs resistant to breaking.

Yes they were in a foam shell then a cardboard box. Tony has already sent a new set of wings. Thats some customer service.
