I like the RCexL CDI Tester. Can find some good usage for that. Prolly more accurate than the manual method. Would be a darn sight faster setting up.

You know what would be cool? If the tach had a hold facility on it to read the max rpm in flight. Then you could select the best prop size for actual flight performance instead of ground testing. cheaper than a data logger
