Someone posted this pic in our local rc forum (hobbiespr.com) and I'm wondering if it's real or not..

Has anyone heard about this?

If JR was gonna come out with a new TX, I would think it would be a 14 channel.

Maybe it's a strategy to replace the 10X and still have a high class radio that's not the 12X. Like Futaba did when they came out with the 12Z and 10C to replace the 9Z.

DOOOOOOD! That thing looks SWEEEEET! I have flown JR for my entire career and I love 'em.... BUT, until now, I will admit that the new FUTABA's have "looked" neater! NOT ANYMORE!!!!!!!

I realize that the "looks" of a TX are really not important, but I sure would like one of them there "space-age" lookin' beasts!

Looking at the pic, seems like it's gonna have a digital throttle trim. I prefer the analog trim on my throttle...

Didn't the 9X have digital throttle trim, and the American 9303 have analog?

I personally prefer digital, but have gotten used to analog...

I can't really see the trim slide on the right hand portion of the TX. Maybe the one in the pic is a different mode???

Smokin, did you end up buying the 12X at FFT? Or is this one gonna be headed your way?

That's true. This one is probably Mode 1, which would have the throttle on the right stick, and looking at the pic, it maybe looks as if the right stick has an analog trim.

I hate trhottle kill switches. I prefer the analog trim a million times.

I have'nt "nutted" up and bought anything as of yet! I am starting to do the math on the amount of $$ I'm gonna need to equip my 55% 260 and another couple Aerotech's this winter! It adds up FAST!

No touch screen.. No buyee for me. my 9303 has everything covered at this point and the 12X didnt care for it so much. They better balance this thing if they did I may consider it.
