does anyone know where to get 2-56 4-40 nuts and bolts for a good price

Have you tried Ace hardware??

It sure beats most other folks if just going to need a few nuts and bolts.
Home Depot sucks for hardware.
Actually Lowes has a pretty decent election of metric and oddball hardware - specialty washers and such.

My two cents.
