Default Who offers the best Nimh batteries?

I have been using some old ceremark nimh batteries and they are starting to get old. I was wanting to know if anyone offers some Nimh batteries that are better about controlling voltage sag. Thanks

I like the NoBS batteries from Hang Time:

Great batteries and professionally assembled, they have done well for me.

See the GP-2000 about half way down. It's the lightest cell with good capicity and high discharge.

The Elite 1300 is pretty nice too in parallel packs on a smaller plane (25%-30%).

I've run those before I switched over. They are good. One watch out though you have to be carefull with your charge rate. A little to high and they will false peak. I always fast charged at .4 amps and slow charged at .2 amps.

I like the 1950 FAUP's too. The GP-2000's are a little lighter. Two in parallel has some juice.

I always charge mine at .5 amps. When I'm really in a hurry, up to 1 amp and that's the max. Very rare though.

+3 for those NoBS batteries.

Matt, how is the "routing" problem coming along (or rather, going away)?

Eneloops are great for TX and other low current applications. They have a high internal impedance and do not hold up under high current draw.

I use them in a few transmitters and a couple of boats. I would not use them in a big airplane for a RX pack.
