Default Funtana specced for 125 - could I use 180

A buddy of mine has a new Funtana 125G ARF from Hangar 9.
Its specced for a .90 to 1.25 FourStroke - do you think we could run a Saito 180 ?
(Weight of motor goes from 620grams to 880) - HP from 2.2 to 2.8

cheers

I had a Saito 180 in my funtana 90. Good power to weight for 5000 ft ASL flying.

A saito 1.80 or OS 1.60 is perfert power to weight. A 1.25 flys it but pull out from a hover isnt anything to brag about

I just wanna know how people managed to get a hold of the plane. From what I understand, they were available for a short time before they were out of stock... But that engine should be fine...
