Sounds like airleak in the crankcase. Pressure test the crankcase and spray soap/water solution and check for bubbles. Perhaps you smoked the front crank seal when you heated prop hub. Or, possibly leaking between case halves.
Note: Dont go over 8-9 psi when applying pressure to the crankcase. |
